Peaceful cottage is a self catering cottage in Ireland rented by the week. Booking periods are Saturday to Saturday. Guest are solely responsible for cleaning and maintaining the cottage during their stay. The cottage must be vacated in a completely clean and tidy condition for the next occupant. This includes proper refuse disposal, washing of all kitchen equipment, linens and picking up after any animals etc.
Cottage rentals commence 1200hrs (12noon) on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 1200hrs (12 noon) on the day of departure. 
Each week rental includes two prepaid garbage bags for rubbish removal. Rental stay includes one prepaid rubbish bag and one prepaid recycling bag. Additional bags may be purchased in town. Recycling is strongly recommended.
Rental prices vary according to season. Please contact us or visit our website for updated pricing. Payment accepted by major credit card only through PayPal.
Instructions for the key pick up will be emailed after booking is confirmed. When the key is picked up additional 40-euro clean linen fee is to be paid.
*Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed.
Cancellations: If canceling your stay 6 weeks or less from your booked stay then a non refundable 20% booking fee will be deducted. Peak season is all Summer and Christmas/New Years weeks. Peak season cancellations are subject to a 30% non refundable booking fee.
Bike Rental: Two adult bikes are available for rental at an additional cost $20 US per bike upon initial booking.

The guest that books the stay assumes full financial responsibility for all damages to the Cottage incurred during their stay. The guest’s credit card will be charged according.
The cottage owner (s) do not accept any liability for any injury to guests, loss of or injury to pets, loss of or damage to personal effects, baggage, motorcar, or any other item not listed belonging to the guest (s) or members of the guest’s party.
